1. Itinary and tour plan can be changed by the tour operator or tour manager at any point of the tour. (Depending on the weather, road conditions etc.)
2.Night Stay options can be changed as per the situation demand.
3.Package starts and ends at the base stations like NJP, Chandigarh, Jammu, Haridwar, Kathgodam etc. (Except Kolkata to Kolkata plan)
4.We are not responsible to arrange train tickets or give you confirm train tickets. (Except Kolkata to Kolkata plan)
5.Advance 25% payment need to pay to confirm your tour.
6.Upto 75% of total payment need to pay before one week of the departure date.
7.Rest 25% you need to clear on day one of the tour.
8.If rest of the amount is not paid by the guest then tour operator or tour manager has right to hold the tour plan untill the payment is not clear.
9.If our rules and regulations has been break by any tourists then tour operator has the right to end his/her tour on spot.
10.We will not allow any groupism which can destroy the healthy environment of the tour, if we found anyone to do so we have complete right to ends his/her tour plan on spot.
11. Due to Natural calamities or any other hazard if any sightseeing spot miss during the tour plan, then the amount will not be refunded.
12. If you got stuck due to natural calamities and other hazard and you need to stay extra days and you also required the vehicles for extra day then you need to pay the extra payment on spot to the homestay, hotel, resort and driver.

13. We will not be responsible if any tourist breaks law and order.
14. We will be not undertaking any liabilities towards any loss, damage of life, property or any other during the tour programme. Incase any extra cost occurred then the cost need to bear by the customers.

15. Entry at any sightseeing point or monument or jungle or places is sole discrimination of concern authority or Indian Government.
16. We will not be responsible for cancellation or prolonged the tour due to Natural calamity, strike, terrorism, curfew, riot etc.
17. By paying advance & book the tour, you are abide by above terms and conditions.
Payment Procedure –
★25% of the total amount need to pay to book your tour.
★Upto 75% payment need to clear before one week of the departure date.
★Rest of the amount need to clear on the first day of the tour plan.

★Below 4 years – Free
★Between 4-8 years – 50%
★Above 8 years – Full Payment
Cancellation Policies –
★Before 60 Days – Full Refund
★Before 30 Days – 30% Deduction
★Before 15 Days – Full Deduction
